Homemade, freshly made ramen noodles. Super tasty broth. The thin noodle dish and the dumplings were tasty. Incredibly fast service. Can’t go wrong here!

Watching the dough being skillfully kneaded in front of your eyes is a delight, almost as much as savoring the tasty soup the ramen comes in. I would have personally preferred the egg yolk to be a little more runny, but the kindness of the owner (and the 54 degrees rose liquor she offered in the end) made me forget about this minor flaw and made me want to go back for more. Had seaweed as an appetizer and the chicken ramen as main dish. The seaweed was still a bit frozen but the ramen was amazingly good!!!!!!!!! Recommended!!!!

One of best ramen i’ve ever tried. The huge adventage for hand made pasta! For sure, we will be back
We loved this restaurant. The ramen with the homemade noodles was out of this world. You can choose either thin or thicker noodles. The waitress was really pleasant and helpful. We ended up going there twice in our four day Bari stay.

Food was very good. I liked the taste of the meat and generaly pork ramen was very good. Its also not so expencive. It was around 9€. Big portion. Its not typical restaurant atmosphere, but its not bad either. Waiter is struggling with English and it could be that will not unders…Altre recensioni

Best Chinese ramen ever, 100% handmade noodles and flavorful soup.
Homemade pasta in the ramen made it really worth it. I had pork ramen soup which was 5/5, where my wife had sauted chicken ramen which was good too, but 4/5 would be appropriate here. Overall 4.5/5 is spot on as good price, and English speaking waiter!
